Autumn Reminds...

By Rifa Tasfia

Autumn reminds us of the passing time

as the leaves fall softly, in rhythm and rhyme.

The air gets crispy while the sun sets earlier

and we are surrounded by warmth and happiness.

Autumn brings with it breathtaking colors

with trees turning shades of yellow, orange, and gold.

Therefore, it reminds us that

the world transforms each day.

The harvest is bountiful, the fields are ripe

as we gather the fruits, our hearts soar.

Autumn’s flavors are full and rich

it reminds us that life is indeed beautiful.

Let us embrace this season of change

as autumn reminds us of the beauty of age.

Even though the leaves drop and wither,

they leave a legacy and a tale to be told.
