As The Dusk Falls.

By Navamika Ragesh {pen name: patriowriter}

{ This poem is for all those who suffer from depression , and world becomes harsh ,don’t forget ; your not alone . Lets face it }

A long lost past,

Im not over it .

Not yet , for I would have slept sound.

A new lost love,

Im not over it .

Not yet , for I wouldn’t cry my eyes out.

As dusk falls ,so my heart.

My body falls weak,

Muscles tremble ,

Ive gone down yet again.

No, not again……

No wake up , rise

You were a fighter once .

She is still in you ,

She calls to be out .

Breath ,my lady ,your fine.

No , I’ve fallen .

I succumbed

Despite desperate tries.

Its okay .

I’ll try again ,for me ,for once

Give me another chance,

Which is this life.
