As Gentle As Thee
By Suhani Khanna
To the one who buried her deep inside Death rakes her body underneath To cheat you, many have tried Till the end, thousand tears she cried
The dread creeps in more & more The clock strikes a perfect balance The heart becomes sore, For thou art no so
Even in dark, the touch so light The sun dies in moonlight’s glow Soft stars embedded are groomed and polite A convincing display of fate’s might
“The Angel of Death” accompanied by a wilted rose Embroidering her peace in death A fragile beauty the demise shows The ‘Angel’ in his name froze.
