Large and left behind

Dusty dried timeless strokes

Heart mind and soul painted

Faded palette priceless 

I walk past it sometimes

Guiding my fingers across

Corners where color still clings 

Brushes hardened bristles strayed

Whatever with the painter – 

A constant crave for colorful shades
