Ant Versus Man

Ant asked Man:

‘You people are called Human?’

Man said: ‘I have built this civilization!

That’s why I have conquered the crown!’

Other ants came and stood in a line,

Said: ‘See! We have the discipline

To stand behind our kin;

Every other ant is a kin. 

Even if they belong to different religion.

But do you understand Man?

God has gifted you with love and compassion!

Love is the mightiest thing!

That’s why you are the king!

 But when do you love?

It’s hatred that compels you to behave

Always like a demon!

You only look like a human.

So huge is your civilization!

But there is no one

Who can say I will not hurt anyone.

Look at us Man!

We are tiny; But we can

Share a microscopic piece of sugarcane

Amongst ourselves. We don’t put ban 

On other’s expression!
