An Epic Journey

On a normal Sunday evening 

After having the usual tea 

Looking outside from

the balcony.

Hearing the noise of road, 

I plugged in my noise cancelling earphone

A moment came 

I travelled through time and space 

Everything slows down,

The world around 

takes a deep sigh!!!

I looked below 

From Above 

Like a God

The people and their lives

I feel Nothing but them,

As they are.

I feel their pain

Anxiety, Fear,Betrayal, Love

Everything seems so ordinary 

They are all same

I couldn't tell any difference. 

I imagined their life in a two dimensional plane

And couldn't find anything but

A never ending race to left and right 

Nothing else.

The Melody of a Favourite Song

The Essence of a  Book

The emotional voyage after a movie

After every dopamine surge

I'll revisit that moment.

And I am grateful..,

It's not lost in the past.

A gentle poke from behind

I came back.

I am not God

I am human now.
