ALL MEN ARE LIARS.

The bible says all men are liars,

Who only aim to satisfy their desire,

Promising earth, rain, wind and fire,

An art they never tire.

They say all men are liars,

Ghost you after the first date,

After claiming it’s only you they desire,

With a measly sorry too little too late.

They say all men are liars,

So maybe we should fight fire with fire,

Give them a taste of their own medicine,

A game they can never win.

They say all men are liars,

Take you to a fancy hotel,

Give you all you require,

Then leave you in a cold, dark prison cell.

They say all men are liars,

Do they truly ever tire,

To say trust is a two-way street,

Trip up with your two left feet.

They say all men are liars,

Leave you in a situation so dire,

Ending up in heartbreak,

No one to soothe the heartache.

Why are all men liars?

As if it’s a competition on who to hire,

Left looking at a stranger’s face,

Because men are more than a disgrace.

So you tripped and fell on her naked,

It had nothing to do with the fact that you were wasted,

Then wonder why I keyed your tyres,

God, men are nothing but liars.

So if you can’t change the man, change the man,

Better do it while you still can,

Before he sets that stage on fire,

Because all men are liars.
