Acceptance- Journey Of Pathfinder

We want to win everything we hold in our hands,

Or whatever comes our way.

All our efforts, smartness, thinking abilities, heart, mind, and people are put in—

For what?

Reputation, respect, fame, money, recognition.

Acceptance as a gender, for what we are;

For our literacy, wealth, emotions, equality,

A career with no end.

Do we get accepted as part of this ecosystem—

Or do we dominate?

But do we truly succeed, or get accepted?

What about failures, downfalls—

Can we take no as an answer?

Envy, jealousy, anger, fear, rejection, regret,

Mockery from those around us—

And what not…

Is it real, or just a delusion?

What is the solution?

Can we ever come out of it?

That anxious longing for winning and acceptance… again.

We question, magnify, and recreate

All that we have been through.

See how the world that once adored us

Now rejects us, offering no help.

Maybe these are its true colours—

Only a few stay.

Or maybe, we should accept

And look for possibilities instead of results.

Look within for strength and opportunities

In what we have already done.

Does moving on, healing, and hoping for hope create any chance?

Does love, care, and affection create that atmosphere?

Maybe coping with nature helps.

Maybe we are not what the world wanted us to be…

But we have more capacity than we need.

All we need is to accept ourselves

For who we really are.
