A Womans Tears

The look of a rainy day fills up her eyes

A shout with no voice in her cries

Filled with sadness through and through

On the brink of madness with support of few

An arrow to the heart, a bullet to the rain

Nothing can compare to her shallowness and pain

A void inside which she doesn’t show

If she does, fear tells it will grow

Sword in the back, stabbed by a lie

Nay a thing sadder that a woman’s cry

Yet she stands tall and fierce

For the few who stand for her tears

She jumps from a roof as she has no hand to hold

She jumps from a roof as wrongly, her story was told

When she leans to jump, someone stops to save

Someone to side with her, true and brave

So, with his help she stands fierce

As there is someone to wipe her tears

With a scar left behind, she was proven right

With a scar left behind, she had won the fight
