A Teacher-Friend And A Guide

By Zuha Faizullah Khatib

Every child wants to fly but dreads the fall.

Who could be there to pick them up after it all?

One life to live butter million dreams that fill the sky.

Well, there is someone who listens to a young poet plea; someone who willingly helps the those in need.

With hearts of dedication of kindness and patience, who would guide us all in every situation.

That is who we call a teacher, you see.

“A teachers wisdom shapes a student destiny.” is what they say, because a teacher truly paves the way.

For all you give, for all you do, for working hard, for being you, for being the day in and day out; a heartfelt thank you is what today is about.
