A Question for all minds

Is it important to be loved? Or

Is it more important to feel loved?

I may have a handful of people who I can say love me, truly love me,

But yet I feel deprived of any love.

Is it just who I am?

Or can there be something else?

I dearly hope there is something else,

This deprivation has led me to do things I have no courage to jot down here,

And God knows how I have been dying because of it.

So I ask again,

What really is the importance of being loved or feeling loved?

And what difference can it make?
