A PLEA FOR FORGIVENESS

My beloved;

My love of my life.

How I disappointed you;

Not intentionally;

But I still do.

How I want so much to give;

But when the time comes;

I just can't.

Feel it in the great heart of yours;

The forgiveness that you can give me

For all the wrong I've done

And even worse;

For the pain

I so constantly cause you.

Give me the chance;

That I don't deserve;

But so desperately want.

Let me prove to you;

How much I love you;
