A Perfect Man

Your prescence makes me delirious,

Your voice on the phone makes me high,

Your eyes make me observant,

At times, I have drowned in its depth!

Your smile makes my heart race!

Your face makes me stupefied.

I am the ground, you are the sky

I look up in awe of your beauty

Wondering if I can actually ever know the heights of your wisdom

When I cry, it rains

When I am happy, the sky is a myriad of beautiful colours

Our love is in between the sky and ground.

A third person might say its more.

Every time my phone buzzes,

I wish its you who messaged

Every time I see your car on the road, I look for you

Every time I feel a growth in me, I thank you in my head!

I look for your eyes,

For your gaze,

For your unconditional love,

Everywhere I go.

It’s just after meeting you,

I don’t feel like talking to anyone else but you.

Noone has those eyes,

Noone is so non-judgemental,

Noone is that chivalrous,

Noone is that inspiring,

Noone understands me,

Noone knows how to be like with me.

Words flow when they are about you,

My eyes smile at the words I have written!

I cant seem to end the poem when its about you.

You are someone on whom books can be written about,

Endless books

These books needs to be made mandatory at school.

Children must be taught what life is actually about.

Make them admire your selflessness!

Every time I look at this poem,

I still don’t think I did justice to you.
