A Passer By
By Shreya Ghoshal
“The wheels were the same
yet the paths had different names.
Appreciating the finer things that passed the window pane,
we slipped ourselves, says the drifted lane.
See what a kind you were!
Really diamonds are many stones are rare.
Drops are important to ocean,
why don’t the world understand
pearl’s native is deep not the land.
Okay…let it be,
cause the great moana know
what completes it from tip to toe.”
All sees it salty
only the sand knows the core.
Thence, wiping the salts, vanishes the shore.
Ohh buddy…please come back
complete the whereabouts and track its lack.
He faded his, she faded hers
For the sake of their love
both shaded their verse.
Didn’t ask a man or girl
Was it their fault?
Or their call!!?
Pulse will prove every bit
though neither the ocean nor the shore has a navel to beat.
“When the breeze will tease you and the rain will seize,
when the sun will ask you,
just grant it with a bliss.
It is me, that is I
You will find me every time.
Whenever you’ll bake a pie,
there will be a soft hush with a small lie.”
“ The trip was really short,
to fill the brim to its full.
But, you truly taught a lot.
Taught to laugh when it’s really hard,
to paste the teared ones all apart.
To grab the small pleasures and
take every bit of every treasure.
If you are a passing cloud then,
stir me into your blend,
Am mutely tired of this trend.
If you are a passing cloud then,
meet me into your die
as I know you were not a passer by,
Cause,
The passing clouds never tie.”
