A Magical Night

I walked along the beach one night ,

and came across this entrancing sight


An inky blue sky that night I saw,

Like a mystical beauty , without a flaw


So cloudless were the heavens that night,

A million diamonds set the sky alight .


The moon shone on the still blue sea ,

It's white light as soft as soft can be


Gentle waves , they splashed the shore ,

So softly , silently ,

Like thousand angels whispering a magical lore

When ever I am in my darkest deepest thoughts ,

To my minds eye this enchanting sight is bought .


And like soft sand eroding on that magical bay ,

I can feel all darkness being washed away !
