A Life I'm Creating

I dream of slow mornings filled with peace…

where sunlight kisses the leaves of my plants,

coffee warms my hands,

and the world feels… still.

My days are shaped by creating —

writing stories that feel like pieces of me,

experimenting with a camera,

reading words that shift my soul,

and wandering into places I’ve never been.

I crave freedom…

emotional,

financial,

spiritual.

Not for luxury…

but so I can live from fullness,

not from survival.

To pamper myself,

to rest without guilt,

to make art that means something.

I love the little joys —

a plate of tasty food,

deep conversations,

the hush of trees,

the laughter of someone I love.

I’m an artist at heart.

Writing grounds me.

Photography helps me see beauty I once missed.

I enjoy solitude…

but I know my path will ask me to lead,

to collaborate,

to share my vision with the world.

So I long for people who see me.

Really see me.

Who respect my thoughts,

understand my silences,

and never ask me to shrink.

My dream life is balanced —

slow, but not stagnant.

Creative, but calm.

A home wrapped in greenery,

close to the sea…

where even the stillness speaks to me.

And maybe… someone beside me.

Not someone to complete me,

but someone to grow with.

Loving.

Present.

Respectful.

I’ve known hurt.

I’ve loved too deeply…

given too much to those who gave too little.

But I’m healing.

I’m learning.

I’m becoming.

And I believe —

one day, everything I imagine for myself

will find its way to me.

But even if it doesn’t…

I’ll still be proud

of the woman I became

trying.
