The dress my childhood doll wore

was a dream of mine, wearing it in

the future once , she had a blonde hair,

a pretty smile , bold eyes, and high heels.

I wasn’t able to tie the knot on her sleeves

she tied a knot beautifully, that day I had

I learnt the skill of tying a knot.

Today I woke up and got ready for school.

My hair was brown and tied into a ponytail,

hanging the backpack on one shoulder,

wore my shoes and this time I tied

the shoelace knot by myself, mum stood smiling.
