A Heartfelt Transition

Dusk dawned.

With sleep the bright red ball yawned.

As it hurried down the orange lakes,

with clouds seeming like snowflakes.

Soon the black waters rose,

with shining stars like sprinklers from a hose.

The white marble ball let out a blinding shine,

which shone in the marvelled eyes of mine

The beauty of the transition to night,

was an immense pleasure to my sight.

My heart was really sufficed

as the snowflakes deiced.

In the tiny moment,

I heard centuries singing like a lovely sonnet.

They sang the song of those skies whose hearts were yawning and dim,

but their tears were wiped by Him.
