A Cry From The Womb

Updated: Jul 14

By Shivam Kumar

Why the child who had not entered the world yet,

was killed inside her mother’s womb?

Why her father thought that she was not

fit for the society, despite knowing that

she could be the creator of the world.

Why they thought that she was a burden,

while she could become a pride for them.

Why they made her feel that

the world is not for her,

and forced her to die without a cry.
