Love

The charade of pain was diminishing my hopes of love,

Faking my emotions to put a perfect flawless smile,

Making the feel of love,

A foreign element.

Wishing and wishing aching for it to

Sparkle the glitters over me,

And after ages of anguish, finally-

The rain of love fell over my heart in his name.

I hadn’t seen love,

If not in him,

Who made the emotion love known,

To my pained heart.

The heart which never knew,

Anything else than affliction,

The same heart which now experienced,

The softness of love.

Pain however, couldn’t free me from its confines,

Your love, had my hopes breathing,

Cherishing the way red hue captured my cheeks,

And the words of love bloomed my heart.

Not knowing the pain would soon approach and,

Only suffice with my bleeding heart.

The rain of love, turned into fire of agony,

Burning the blooming heart in flames.

The foreign feeling feels so familiar,

How love had turned into pain now,

Merging love with my only acquaintance- The pain!!
