I don't know why from the moment I wake up

I stare at the ceiling, it is black and white

Something about life bugs me to fight

To break and destroy all the leashes that capture me

All the chains of restrictions that hold me back

I will melt them and rain them let it hurt me till it bursts

A deep blue abyss on my arm

A constant reminder that I am not where I wanted

Am I not trying hard enough? Of course, I am

It is what keeps me breathing

But what if I give up, will it kill me

Will it kill me to be happy and smile carefree for once

How do I know?
