One such hobby which doesn't need any effort , any hard work or extra time but just to adore the god's boon ...

Could you guess what I am referring to as boon , yes it is our incredible senses..

I would start with the most underestimated, unappreciated sense of smell which deserves far more than it had been recognized for since years. Next I have to mention our beautiful eyes and what it does to your mind and hunger when the vision of rays strikes a plate of luscious delicacies. The moment it strikes at the right place and the food, it reflects back to the brain cells and tells us , yes the thing placed in the vision of our eyes is worth taking to the next level of our sense and move forward to the journey of real taste and the spice and the magic it is going to create when it will hit our taste buds...

The taste buds are the best thing the all mighty could gift the homo sapiens, by saying this I really feel heart sore for the kind human who doesn't rejoice the worth of the gift. Our taste buds really does a lot of hard work to get the perception of taste strike our brain cells and educate us with the real taste of any food you desire.

And when the amalgam of these senses happen, the bombardment of flavours happen and when all these just strikes the correct node ,everything around is centered at the morsel which you just took to the opening behind your lips.

And when that morsel is a gulp of Pani Puri , then it’s just not food anymore it becomes an emotion , an emotion of all the senses dancing together in the rhythm of sourness of the tamarind water, spicy aloo mix and the crunch of the puri and finally the magic I spoke about happens when all these mix in a very gentle way and gives you the ultimate sensation which unwinds your mind and takes you far away from the noise of the world for slightest of the moment in its own roller coaster ride which is a created by the taste buds. If you are a real lover of food , you can relate every word I wrote and every word which is peaking through my keyboards to describe its love. Who in the world can live without pani puri?

Well my heart cannot stay in that pain of living without pani puri , just because of a mere diet...

oh god...who in the world invented diet , it is so painful , downhearted and being left forlorn, when you say you are on diet...

All the above talking could be only heart related to a foodie...and how do you know if you are the real one..

Have you felt the aroma of the heating oil... the soft cadence of the mustard seeds when put in it..

can you feel a thrill when you see the spices turning red and could feel the kick when you see the oil releasing from the masala...

The paratha has to be incomplete without ghee or butter gliding gently over it...

no matter how beautifully a salad comes up, you end up feeling hungry..

And yeah chocolate , you cannot share a piece unless it is a very crucial situation in front... and you like melted more than the freezed ones...

And of course 'Tea' , which is my personal favorite, could be an exception...

And if you are a tea lover , you can just be limitless...

You can travel miles to get wonderful food..no matter what the time is.. and get crazy at times, and the list is never-ending..

If you can share this bond with me you are a real hero...

But you have to be a foodie..to love them all..

Love food, love life...

I have to say this enjoy life dear ones... don't suffer on diets..
