ಎಂತಹ ವಿಚಿತ್ರವಾದ ಕಾಲವಯ್ಯ ಇದು!

ಬಲು ಅಚ್ಚರಿಯಾಗುತಿದೆ ಅವಲೋಕಿಸಲು!

ಹಣವುಳ್ಳ ಮನುಜರು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಮಾನ್ಯ,

ಗುಣಾಖ್ಯ ಸಂಪತ್ತು ಉಳ್ಳವಗೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಶೂನ್ಯ.

ಮಾಯಾಜಾಲದಂತಹ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಿ ಸಖ,

ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಮುಖ.

ತೋರ್ಪಡಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದಿ ಮನ,

ನೈಜವಾದ ನೈತಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಹೀನ.

ಅನೇಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೂರಿದ ವಿಷಮಯ ಬುದ್ದಿ,

ನೆಡುತಿದೆ ಹಲವಾರು ದುಷ್ಟ ವೃಕ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಗ್ಗಿ.

ಸಾಧನಪಥದಿ ಇರುವವರ ಕಾಲೆಳೆತದ ಆಟ,

ಅಸಹನೆ ಅಶಾಂತಿ ಪರಾಕಾಷ್ಠೆಯ ಮಾಟ.

ಎಂದಿಗೆ ಪರಕೀಯರ ಪರದೆ ಸರಿಯುವುದೋ!

ಎಂದಿಗೆ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಸಿಹಿ ಸೊಬಗು ಮರಳುವುದೊ!

ಎಂತಹ ವಿಚಿತ್ರವಾದ ಕಾಲವಯ್ಯ ಇದು!

ಬಲು ಅಚ್ಚರಿಯಾಗುತಿದೆ ಅವಲೋಕಿಸಲು!

Frantic time/era

What a strange time/era this is !

It's very shocking when analysed !

People rich in monetary aspect are adored by all,

While the people rich in character has nil value.

Illusionary friendship arises from internet,

But lacks real social networking quality.

Everyone are interested in show off and following trend,

While the real ethical values have the least worth.

The deep rooted poisonous mindset of many humans,

Is planting many negative saplings delightfully.

The game of pulling leg of people in the path of success,

Led to the peaks of actions of jealousy and commotion.

When will the curtain of westerners open!

When will the previous charm of sweetness get retained!

What a strange time/era this is !
