“வெள்ளைத்தாளின் மௌனம்”

வெறுமையாய் கிக்கிறேன் நான் ;

உன் பேனா முனை தீண்டும் வரை

முகவரி இல்லாத ஒரு வெள்ளை தாள்

நீ கிறுக்கும் கிறுக்கல்களில்

நான் ஓவியமாகிறேன்

நீ கோர்க்கும் சொற்களில்

நான் கவிதையாகிறேன் !

உன் தேர்வின் பயத்தை

என்னிடம் பகிர்ந்தாய்

இருந்தாலும் என்னால் உனக்கு

உதவமுடியவில்லை

நீ கிறுக்கினாலும் சரி

கவிதை எழுதினாலும் சரி

தள்ளாடாமல் தாங்குவேன் நான் !

நீ அழுதால் நான் கறைவேன்

உன் நல்ல கவிதையால் நானும்

சிரித்தேன்

நீ எழுதும் ஒவ்வொரு கதையையும்

தள்ளாடாமல் தாங்குவேன் நான் !

உன் மனசு பாரத்தை எல்லாம்

என்னிடம் கொடுத்துவிட் டு,

நீ சிறகடித்து பற ஏன்

"செல்ல தோழி "

இவ்வாறு நான் கவிதை வரைய

காகிதம் நிறைய

வெள்ளைத்தாளின் வெறுமை விரண்டோடியது !
