ফারাক !

ফারাক !

বিস্তর,

তাই তো এত ভেদাভেদ।

আমার আর তোমার মতের ফারাক,

তাই নিত্য নতুন অস্থিরতা।

কঠিন জীবনের প্রস্থচ্ছেদ,

তাই অমিলের তালে

লড়াই বেঁধে যায়,

আর নিশ্চিত কিছু

কোথায় যেন হারিয়ে যায়।

তোমার আমার মতের বদল

ভ্রমে ভরা শব্দ যুদ্ধ,

তর্ক-বাণের ঝংকার ওঠে-

হতবাক্ হই।

বীরপুঙ্গব সবাই,

হার না মানার অন্তরালে

লুকিয়ে রাখি

সত্তা থেকে সত্যি।

তাই কোথাও

ফারাক থেকেই যায়।

এত বেশী ফারাক!

তাই মৃগতৃষ্ণা'র শেষ নেই।

খোঁজার অহমিকায় মাথা চাড়া

দেওয়ার গভীরতা ছিন্ন ভিন্ন হয়।

তাই,তুমি বদ‌লাও

ফারাক পাও,আমিও পাই।

মনে পড়ে তোমার মত আমিও একটা

আস্ত মানুষ,

সব অবজ্ঞার শেষে

এক বুক দীর্ঘশ্বাস গড়ায়।

চুক্তিহীন বিচ্ছেদ হয়

বহুদূর চলে যাই।

পথের এপাশ,ওপাশ

ইস্পাতের মস্ত দড়ির মত

আগিয়ে যায়-

ইচ্ছা,হতাশা সব'ই কেমন

নাগালের মধ্যে পাই।

তবুও শব্দের বহর শুনতে শুনতে

সব কেমন ছড়িয়ে ছিটিয়ে পড়ে থাকে,

আর ফারাক থেকেই যায়।
