নিজেকে খুঁজে ফেরা (Finding Oneself)

জীবন স্রোতের সকল বাঁকে

সবাই যেনো জড়িয়ে থাকে,

সাধ,আহ্লাদ,কামনা,মায়া

সব কিছু থাক মনের ফাঁকে।

কিন্তু জেনো তবুও মনের কোথায়

উদাস হাওয়াটি বয়,

একলা খোঁজে ফাঁক ফোকরে

একলা হওয়া বুঝতে হয়।

দূর থেকেও কাছে থাকা

একটি আড়াল

একটু ফাঁকা

একলা একটু আকাশ খোঁজা

একটু থাকুক নিজস্বতা।

শ্বাস নিতে হয় নিজের মতো

একটু থাকুক এই দূরত্ব

ভালোবাসা থাকুক বেঁচে

তাই তো একা খুঁজছে কে যে

জীবন যাবে সবার সাথে

আনন্দ আর আহ্লাদেতে

তারই ভেতর একলা সুরের

গান গেয়ে যাক একটি ভ্রমর

বন্ধনহীন গ্রন্থি সে যে

সংসারেতে একলা সে ঘর।

Finding oneself

In every turn of life

Lies one entwined

With desires, joys, wants and needs

Treasured in one's heart you find

Even then the wind blows

To find it's own course

To find it's own haven

And knock on it's closed doors

Feels close, one from a distance

To guard and to take up

Its own space to breath a little

As one would look up

One's own corner is all one

Keeps searching in all forms

Life moves on with everyone

Still that search goes on

Let love conquer all but not engulf

One's own spirit and mind lives on

Let it sing the tune of being liberated

In its content self
