চা গরম চা

ছন্দোবিহীন তন্দ্রা চোখে

যখন চুমুক লাগাই চা-এ

এক চুমুকে চনমনে প্রান

যেন অমৃত স্বাদ মেলে।

ট্রেনে চড়ে,

যাচ্ছি যখন দিঘায় খুব ভোরে।

ঘুমে বিভর দু-চোখ যখন চুমুক লাগাই জোরে,

সেই আওয়াজে পাশের লোকের ঘুম ভেঙ্গেযায় ভোরে।

কাজের ফাঁকে কাজের চাপে

যখন ঝিম ঝিমানি লাগে,

গরম চা-এ চুমুক দিলে....

সব মিথ্যে, শুধু চা-এ চমক লাগে।

আড্ডা যখন জমে না বসে শুধু আজগুবি সব লাগে চা-এর সাথে সিগারেটে টান কি যে আমেজ লাগে,

তখন চলে জমিয়ে আড্ডা এরিস্টকেট্ লাগে।

পাশের বাড়ির বৌদি যখন চাইতে আসে ধারে

একটু খানিক চা-এর পাতা চা-এর জল বসিয়ে ঘরে,

গৃহ মালিক দাঁত কেলিয়ে দেয় ডাব্বাটা বের করে,

ঘরের গিন্নি কট্ মটিয়ে দেখে চোখটা বড় করে।

এমন ঘটনা সবার ঘরে মাঝে মধ্যে ঘটে,

আমরা যে সব সমাজবদ্ধ, জীব ও আমারা বটে।

বান্ধবিকে নিয়ে যখন রেস্টুরেন্টে.. বসে,

চা-এর সাথে পোকরাতে স্বাদ যে লাগে....... ভালো,

বান্ধবি তুমি ভীষন ভালো হাত টা আমার......ধরো

এই ভাবে কি বাকি জীবন সাথে চলতে পারো।
