অন্তর্যামী

তুমি অন্তর্যামী-

তোমার আকার, তোমার নিরাকার

সবই অহংকারী।

তোমার পথের দিশায়

আমার দেখা সমস্ত সত্যি আর মিথ্যাগুলো

ভীড় করে থাকে,

উদ্দেশ্যহীন আবেশে দীর্ঘ জীবন

তাই শুধু অন্ধকার লাগে।

হে অন্তর্যামী,

মহাকাব্য আর ইতিহাসের ছত্রে ছত্রে

তুমি উপাস্য,

শুধু কাব্যের পশু নির্দ্বিধায়

গাছে উঠে পড়ে আর আমি

মহাজাগতিক প্রকল্পের সস্তা উপকরণ

হয়ে হীনের আত্মকথা আওড়াই,

উপাসনা দীর্ঘায়িত হয় শুধু।

তাই,তুমি অন্তর্যামী

বৃথা আস্ফালন তরান্বিত করে

যখন তখন পৌঁছাই

তোমার কোনো অলীক দ্বারের সম্মুখে।

যদি দেখা পাই, সাক্ষাত হয়-

প্রার্থনার শ্রেষ্ঠ সারাংশ সমাপ্ত হয়,

এই অনুভবে

তুমি চির অন্তর্যামী থাকো।
