उनकी सकाफत कहती हैं की

क्यूँ कबरों का मेला लगाना हैं, उन शहीदोंसे अपने जाहिलोंका

शरीफोंको सरहदों पर छोड़के तो आओ, क्या पता लकीरोंकी घुटन तो मिट जाएगी

किसी बेशऊर अजनबीने छेड़ा था उन लकीरोंको सालों पहले

मत छेड़ो उसे अभी मुट्ठीभर माटी के लिए

नहीं तो अपनी सकाफत मिट जाएगी
