मेरे हसीन सपने

मैंने सपनों में देखा एक हसीन सपना

शहर मेरा है हरा - भरा,

पेड-पौधे और साफ नदी

ठंडी ताज़ी हवा हमारी ।

घर और शहर हो एक दम स्वच्छ

सूर्य की रोशनी हों घरों का ध्वज,

इमारतों में बिजली की खपत हो कॅम

बारिश का पानी बचाऐंगें हम |

शहरों में कूड़े का होगा बटवारा रीसाइक्लिंग की पहल से कूड़ा बदलेगा हमारा,

सड़कों पर पैदल चल पाऐंगें हम

साईकिल और कार -पूल अपनाऐंगे हम ।

ऐ-आई का बूम होगा सच में किफ़ायती

अगर जुगाड़ लगाकर पानी बचाएँगी कंपनी ।

पहाड़ों को ना अब छेडेंगें हम

जंगलों में बसें जीवों को बसने देंगें हम,

ना काँटेंगे पेड़, ना तोड़ेगें पहाड़

आखिर उजाड़ के सब, कहाँ से आएगी बहार

जी. डी. पी बड़ेगा हमारे देश का ज़रूर,

काश जो पैसा कमाऐं, वो सबका सोचे ज़रूर ।

सपना है मेरा-सुहाना बड़ा

रखूँ शहर को ही ईश्वर के घर की तरह,

इस धरती की खूबसूरती को टिका पाएँ हम

अपनी आने वाली पीड़ीयों को यह जन्नत दिखा पाएँ हम ।
