कवितेचे शीर्षक: माणुसकीची वारी

पायी चालणारी प्रार्थना म्हणजे वारी,

टाळ-मृदंगांच्या निनाद म्हणजे वारी,

अखंड विठ्ठलनामाचा गजर म्हणजे वारी,

माउलीदर्शनचा पावन सोहळा म्हणजे वारी.

वारकरी म्हणजे पायी चालणारा साधक,

विठ्ठल भक्तीचा तेजस्वी दीप वाहक

तुळशी माळेतील विठ्ठल नामाचा मणी,

चंद्रभागे तीरी विसावे निर्मळ अंतर्मणी.

ओठी हरिनाम, हृदयी पांडुरंग,

पावलोपावली उमटत जाणारा अभंग

समर्पण ज्याचा पवित्र श्वास,

वारकरी विठ्ठल प्रेमाचा प्रवास

वारीतील प्रत्येक दिवस एक दिंडी,

प्रत्येक अश्रू चंद्रभागेचे पावन पाणी.

प्रत्येक आनंद भक्तीचे मंगल रिंगण,

प्रत्येक हास्य विठ्ठलाचे सुंदर दर्शन.

जशी पंढरीची वारी

तशी माणुसकीची वारी,

ओठांवर गोडी न्यारी.

अंतरी भावना प्यारी.

टाळ-मृदंगांचा नाद वारीत,

प्रेम-करुणेचा नाद जीवनात.

विठुरायाची ओढ अंतरी,

प्रेमाची ज्योत घरोघरी.

वारीत जपू विठ्ठलनाम,

ओठी गाऊ प्रेमधाम.

जीवनात जपू माणूसपण,

हृदयात फुलू देवपण.

पंढरीची वारी राहो अंतरी,

माणुसकीची वारी चालो घरोघरी.
