"भरम जो टूटा..."

एक उम्र से जो पाला था, वो भरम आज टूट गया,

अच्छा हुआ जो आँखों से, वो झूठा चश्मा छूट गया।

अब दिल पे कोई बोझ नहीं, हर शिकवा-गिला दूर हुआ,

जब सच आया सामने... तो मेरा रोम-रोम खुशहाल हुआ!

सोचा था जितनी अहमियत, हम देते हैं इस दिल में,

उतनी ही जगह मिलेगी हमें भी, उनकी महफ़िल में।

पर तराज़ू जज़्बातों का, दोनों तरफ़ कहाँ बराबर था...

मैं समंदर समझ बैठा जिसे, वो तो बस एक कतरा था!

हाँ, मेरी वो मासूम सी दोस्ती, मेरा वो प्यार एकतरफ़ा निकला,

पर जो भी था इस सीने में, वो ज़ज्बा बेहद सच्चा निकला।

अब सोच-सोच कर अपनी ही नादानी पर हँसी आती है...

कि कितने सीधे थे हम भी, जो हर किसी को खुदा बनाया था!

पर अब रोने का वक़्त नहीं, इस पल को भी एन्जॉय करेंगे,

ज़िन्दगी के इस नए सफ़र को, अब हंसकर पार करेंगे।

अब किसी की बेरुखी से, ये दिल उदास नहीं होगा,

जो कद्र नहीं करता मेरी... वो अब मेरे आस-पास नहीं होगा!

दुनिया रूठे तो रूठ जाए, मुझे अब क्या परवाह है,

मेरे साथ तो मेरे 'माँ-पापा' की, दुआओं की राह है।

उनका आँचल ही मेरा आसमाँ, उनका प्यार ही मेरा संसार है,

उनके होते इस जीवन में, कभी न आ सकती हार है!

जब बढ़ा लिया है कदम आगे, तो अब पीछे मुड़कर क्या देखना,

जब खुद पर है पूरा भरोसा, तो किसी के आगे क्या झुकना।

अपने दम पर मुस्कुराकर, हम अपनी नई दुनिया खुद बसाएंगे,

और जो छोड़ गए हमें पीछे... उन्हें हम हंसकर भूल जाएंगे!
