बातों बातों में

औरों से क्या बात करना, जब उससे ना बात है।

बात बनके रह गई, बातों की क्या बात है!

बातें मेरी, पर तेरी बात की बात है।

बात की बात में तेरी, हर बात की क्या बात है!

बात की एक बात न हो, ऐसी कई रात हैं।

बातों पे बातें हों, ऐसी एक रात की क्या बात है!

याद नहीं बात कई, और बात याद की है।

बात नहीं, तो बात की याद की क्या बात है!

बात साथ है जो, बात साथ की है।

साथ की बस बात की, साथ की क्या बात है!

बात-बात में निकली कितनी बात है।

बातों-बातों में रह गई, बात की क्या बात है!

बात पुरानी हो

या हो बातें नयी।

या बातों - बातों में

हो की गईं।

बीती बातें बाँट कर

कितनी बातें बीत गईं।

बातें बिताकर

आप बीती भी हो जाएं नयी।

बेतुकी बातें जितनी, बात-बात में बन गईं।

बेरुख़ी से उतनी ही, बात-बात में थम गईं।

बेहोशी उस बात की, जो बातों से बातें कह गई।

बहुत हुई तब बात, अब बिना बात ही बात रह गई।

बातें शायद बातों में सोंचते हैं,

"बात ना बताने की भी बात करने वालों की क्या बात है!

बात करने की बात लिखते हैं,

बात करने वालों के न बात करने में भी क्या बात है!"

तो औरों की क्या बात करना जब खुदकी ना बात है।

बातें बनके रह गए, अब बात करने की क्या ही बात है?
