नया सफ़र

एक नए सफ़र की ओर बढ़ा लिए है कदम

रहेंगी होंसलो से भरी ये उड़ान हरदम ।

लेकर के साथ अपने सपनों को पूरा करने की आस

मेरे हमसफर से बन रहे ये मेरे अनकहे ऐहसास।

कश्ती के मुसाफ़िर सी हुं, कर रही रास्ता तलाश मैं

नज़रों से भले ही दूर हू, पर सबके दिल के पास मैं।

याद आता है अपनो का वो प्यार और आंखों की वो नमी

सब कुछ पाकर भी रेहती एक अनचाही कमी ।

ज़िंदगी के ऐसे अनदेखे पेहलू से हुए हैं वाकीफ

जो ख़ुद की सोच से थोड़े है मुख्तलिफ ।

पर पुराने अंदाज़ के साथ लिखनी है ये दास्तां सुहानी

मुबारक हो ये नया शहर, नए लोग, और नई कहानी ।

New Journey

Steps have been taken towards a new journey

This flight will always be remained courageous.

Taking hope along with me to fulfill my dreams

These my untold realizations are being my companions.

I am like a kayak traveler, who is looking for a way

Although I am far from sight, but I am near everyone's heart.

Missing that love of dearones and that moisture of their eyes

Even after getting everything, there remains an unwanted shortcoming.

Being aware by such unseen aspects of life

which are little different from my own thinking

But this tale has to be written with the old style.

Happy new city, new people, and new story.
