पुल जर्जर नहीं था 

जवाबदेहिता और मौन

पुल जर्जर नहीं था

वह तो बहाव ही तेज था

बस इसलिए ढह गया

क्या कांक्रीट सीमेंट का कोई दोष नहीं था

हमने नहीं बुलाए लोग मैदानों में

वे खुद व खुद आए

क्या करे यदि उनके विश्वास को दिखता नहीं

अब यदि हादसे मौत में बदले और मौतें आंकड़ों में

तो उसमे क्या,

आंकडे ही तो हैं

जानें थोड़ी..

हाँ हो गए होंगे तुम सड़क दुर्घटना में घायल ,मगर सोचिए

क्या सनसनाती रोड़ो पर केवल तेज रफ्तार कारों को दौड़ने का हक है ,

तुम्हें नहीं ..
