~ घबराहटें ~
आहटें ये कैसी हैं ?
जो दिल में ऐसे हैं बसती ।
आदतें कुछ ऐसी हैं,
जो थामने से भी न थमती ।
खुद से ये खुद की,
कैसी ये दरमियाँ ?
पर फिर से मिलने की,
क्यों है बेसब्रियाँ ?
कुछ ख्वाहिशें भी हैं,
कुछ रंजिशें भी हैं ।
बिछड़े हुए कल की है,
बाकी जो पल भी है ।
क्यों है सताते ऐसे,
जैसे गलती कोई हमने की है ।
क्यों है रुलाते ऐसे,
जैसे वक्त भी दो पल ही है ।
