A story of a small town girl,

Who was a gem, a hidden pearl,

Her talent which only dance could prove,

Of which her parents did not approve,

She ruled the stage, set it on fire,

Dance was her love, her only desire,

Without any support of her family,

She pursued her passion, her fantasy,

The judges applauded, all were amazed & blown,

She was on top of the world but alone.

Encourage your child, be a part of their journey,

They need your blessing, when it gets a little stormy,

Great heights they can reach, when they have you,

Just be there, is what you need to do,

Don’t leave her on her own in the crowd,

She is the one to make you stand proud.
