Imprisoning yourself to feel free

What are you searching in me

Inhibited by conditions

Suffocating to secure

Cramped up by habits

Succumbed by survival

Seeking and striving to warrant love

Thinking aloud through voice and words

Desperate attempts to hear my thoughts

With them behind, and you away

Your blind belief, paves the way

Creating distance, from what we may

It's hard to hear, what you say

There’s got to be a way

I feel like stray

I am losing what's inside

What is that I am here for?

Paused in perplexion,

Out of precision

straying & flaunting again
