You Belong

You belong

In the laughter of a child

And in the heart of a mother.

On the pages of your lover

And in words of a friend,

You belong in the shadows at dawn

And in the fragrance of a candle.

Nothing less, no place omits your name.

You belong in their prays and

And In their Dreams

You need not make ways to belong.

You, simply, laying in selflessness and beauty already belong.

And when your world shatters and tears fill your space.

You belong on the palm of his hand

And in the Creation that spoke life.
