You and Me, We are all Worthy!!!

It is not enough to have the feathers, she said,

You must dare to fly!!!

What holds us back from flying?

Who blocks our path as we try to soar?

Could it be the comfort of our nests and branches?

Or those gilded cages, restrictive to the core?

Have you ever seen a fit tiger struggle to run?

Or a healthy whale finding it difficult to swim?

Then why is our very own personal growth

Dependent on someone else's whim?

Maybe it is some inherent fear,

That paralyzes us and diminishes our buzz,

And we complacently allow it to grow even worse,

Until there is nothing but an empty shell left of us.

So should we go ahead and start, you ask,

Or will people laugh and call us crazy?

Have faith in HIM and in what you do girlfriend,

You don't want to be labelled lazy!

It is not enough to have the feathers, she said

You must dare to fly!!!

Don't let your future self down, dear girl,

Don't sell yourself short today,

Pursue happiness, health, joy, abundance, success and peace wholeheartedly,

You are worth it in every way!!!
