Yearning To Snuggle

We tend to long for what we can’t have,

However a snow sculpted maple,

fell for me to cherish and admire.

With every dripping droplet spooked me.

While I deeply yearned to crystallise it,

beyond the measure of forever…

Just when I realised that I was far…,

far from keeping myself warm.
