Yama, Now I See

"It is where you take me? "

Asked the dear departed

"I can't be heard, I can't be seen",

riding on a black beast, he shouted.

" To a distant land " sang the red eyed,

" A land of destiny "

"Oh! I know you the partial one" the dead fried

" A suffering-monger is all I see. "

And then roared, the black beast

as ferocious as violent tides,

Climbed to the highest peak;

Yama say "Behold, with Eagle eyes. "

" If you say, see my child;

To suffer, is their kind.

For sufferer welcomes my ride,

In me, solace they find.

See them animate;

their deeds a tossed coin.

For any side they play,

destiny lie in mine.

Behold the Sun, that lights

the life that you see.

It's the dark you fight,

Com'on; night is when I sail the sea. "

And the dead chanted,

" Now, the night I'll play

With you, it's no more haunted

Yama, now I see, what you say "
