Wishful Death

It takes nothing, to condemn someone,

To call them names, to cloud their consciousness with guilt...

It takes all of you to love them

She hits me a little

Blow by blow

And she doesn’t even know

She kills me now

And she kills us

And all I do is wonder: was this the purpose of it all...

More than ever,

I'm exposed, a little extra vulnerable

As the dream dies deep inside.

I breathe...

I hurt myself to see if I'm still alive...

She still lingers

She still doesn't know

She hits me with a blow at a time

She kills us...
