Knowing this, I've neither wanted nor dreamt of a forever. I was always grateful for what I'd been given and delighted with myself until my gaze crossed you...

Funny how quickly days turn to weeks, weeks to months, months to years and all moments into bittersweet memories. It's been two years now and I still remember how every atomic particle of me ached the first time I saw you. And oh, It aches all the same even today. Looking at you from afar, longing and waiting for the day when I could finally gather the courage just to let you know how the very state of 'perfection' seizes to exist in light of your tiny, cute and beautiful imperfections— how precious you are, and oh to comprehend your beauty, how lucky I am...

And it's not just the beauty, it's everything about you. The way you talk, the way you walk, the way you can't help but laugh at your own jokes; everything about you that I can't put in words. Fortunate is the space of vacuum that your bodily molecules fill; lucky are the molecules of air that constantly float past you; privileged are the inanimate objects that always surround you, coz your mere existence is so divine and pure that it makes me want to cry...

Honestly, I don't deserve you. But having all the love within myself and not letting you in is unfair to you too. You deserve to know how much you matter. You deserve to know how much you are loved. You deserve everything in this world, and you deserve to know that you are my world! So, will you give me a chance to show you? Will you give me a chance to love you?

To add our 'finites'; to defy 'broken promises'; to live a 'forever' within our numbered days, will you be mine?
