Why Do You Always Choose The Villain?

By Shireen Rashid

Because villains are not born, they are made. They love truly. It maybe the lack of love they got it the lower that was never reciprocated, but it gave them the greatest capacity for love. They will kill for you, die for you. A villain will prioritise you, not the world. He will burn the world for you. He will protect you from wounds because he already has too many scars. You will never let you go through even an ounce of that pain. Maybe scary for the world, but he would break his back for you to break a smile. He’ll notice the small reactions, latent cravings, hidden emotions, just to make sure that smile on your face, never disappears. For the world, he never show even a slight flinch on that poker face, but have a full blown grin on seeing your smile. His favourite sight? Your smiling face. His favourite music? Your laughter. His favourite smell? Your fragrance. His moment of peace? You in his arms. His heartbreak? You leaving. His fury’s reason? Your tears. You will love you, for you.  He will admire your light side and adore your dark one. Most importantly, you will never leave you. He will stay with you, by you, and especially at your worst. Maybe because he never had anyone do that for him, so he doesn’t want you of all people to experience that pain. And he will destroy anyone who even so close as to tries to inflict that pain upon you. You will be his to love, to cherish, to hold.

Oh! To be loved by a VILLAIN!
