Who Is She?

Her smile so sweet,

Her fury full of silence and heat,

Her laugh so contagious,

Her demeanour only gracious,

Her love and care has no bounds,

Her pain is unknown to others as even in pain she doesn't make a sound,

Her strength strengthens others, it is truly very giving,

Her heart always so forgiving,

Her eyes speak the unspoken,

Her companionship is endless be it happy times or sad, a failure or a win,

Her hard-work is so inspiring,

Her days oh! So tiring,

Her roles in my life are several- a selfless birth and care giver, a guide, an advisor and a best friend very dear,

Her intuitions, I don't know how, are always so correct and clear,

Her embrace I wish lasted forever as it is extremely warm,

And if your wondering who this beautiful person is , it's the lady we all call ‘MOM.’
