When You Wonder Where I Am

When you wonder where I am

look outside your window

and I will be there .

I am the sky unafraid or change,

Blue to pink to red.

I am the bird soaring high

Never losing sight of its nest.

I am the star that reminds you of your worth .

I am the tree whose branches are tender and broken

And yet provide shade .

And if you still can’t find me

look within.

I am where I am supposed to be .
