When Time Holds Reins

A moment, a phase, and an era till the end,

Time holds the might on which our life depends.

Every second, minute, and each passing hour till night,

Some are wasted, some ponder, some strive for new heights.

If time is a healer, then no need to fear the wounds,

Few scratches here and there, while building new castles around.

The precious time gone can never be brought again,

Achieve and earn respect - or learn to accept disdain.

Patience and time always work as one,

Wait for the right time, for the right time waits for none.

Fight and conquer your dreams, rise with surprise,

Being before time yields rich fruits, as the time flies.

A new hopeful day begins with the sound of tick-tock,

Three hands tirelessly moving around the hanging clock.

A little time given to the needy is best gift you can give,

Noble deeds are always blessed, with a better life to live.

Time and tide just ebb and flow - there is no given end,

Don't lose the precious moments like sand slipping from your tired hand.

Life, the race, the trends you struggle hard to pace up,

Fulfil all your escaping wishes, before the final 'times up'.
