when I meet you again

we will have masks on our faces

and gloves in our hands

your smile wont be the same as before

holding your hand wont be the same anymore

when i meet you again

i will want to look into your eye

while sipping our favorite irani chai

will it all be the same , I fear

forgive me if i shed a tear

when i meet you again

i will want to hug you tight

i will want to feel for once that everythings alright

i will want to keep my head on your lap

with our favorite songs playing in the backround as we take a nap

when i meet you again

i will not say goodbye id rather say i will see you soon

because not being with you feels like doom

and hope , hope is what keeps us going

in these times i want to tell you that whatever happpens this stays.
