What is the metaphor

Behind the circadian cycle

A suffocating reality

Where existence turns fiction

While lurking into past

I saw moon and stars

A curious minded heart

Fell in the trap of art

The sun and the clouds

Found lonely crowds

Who then stabbed the sky

Claimed that they made science

Illusion minded fellows

Wondered day and night

And when they reached shallows

They lost the battle with time
